Refund Policy

At Grey Oak Workshop, every project is handcrafted to order and created specifically to your individual requirements. From the initial consultation through to completion, we work closely with you to agree the design, materials, dimensions and finish, ensuring the final piece reflects your vision.

As each commission is bespoke and made exclusively for you, we do not offer refunds or returns for completed work that has been produced in accordance with the agreed specification. Bespoke items cannot be returned or resold in the same way as standard retail products.

We encourage all clients to carefully review and approve designs, specifications and quotations before work begins. Throughout the project, we remain in close consultation, providing updates where appropriate and discussing any necessary changes before they are carried out.

If your commissioned item is damaged during delivery or develops a fault due to workmanship, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement or another suitable resolution.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.
